Ramp Volunteers

Ramp volunteers are the face of CLAA at the west side ramp.

They assist boaters with launch and recovery, point out the mandatory buoys, voluntary no wake zones, answer questions about the lake, provide directions and educate about AIS precautions. They are goodwill ambassadors and not involved in any enforcement.

Volunteers undergo a brief training and have reference material and handouts with them.

This is a good opportunity for children helping their parents or other adult.

Please contact us or respond to our periodic request for volunteers.

See the WQVC website for more information.
