The ramp volunteer program is intended to educate boaters about aquatic invasive species (AIS) prevention, environmentally friendly boating habits and boating safety. In addition the volunteers serve as ambassadors of the CLAA and our programs.

Activities include: assisting with boat launch and recovery; instructing boaters how to do a trailer inspection for AIS; reviewing proper disposal of bait and water from exiting craft; and reviewing the Clark Lake mandatory and recommended no motor and no wake zones. Brochures, pocket cards, signs and reference material are all available.

Shifts are mid day on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Even if you cannot staff at the ramp, we also need volunteers to set up and take down our temporary sign.
