The Clark Lake Advancement Association is looking for several new directors to serve on its Board. At the present time, the board of directors is made up of five women and nine men. More diversification is welcome. Director terms are for three years. Board Meetings are held on five Saturdays per year that run from May through September. Director responsibilities include communication with an assigned group of members regarding association functions, attendance at board meetings, participation on committees, work groups, activities and events sponsored by the association and representation in the decision making policies driven by the bylaws of the association.
