Clark Lake Phragmites 2020 volunteer request
We are seeking volunteers to assist in clearing dead canes and assisting in herbicide application.
The herbicide treatment date is scheduled for Monday 14 Sep 8 AM with Tuesday 15 Sep as a rain date. Shifts can be 2 or 4 hours. Please reply to me with your availability and preferred
One of the sites has many dead canes that we would like to remove to make access to fresh plant easier. We can arrange several days of small groups to knock down these fragile structures. The canes are knocked down with a stick or by hand and then spread out to carpet the path. If you can help on this task please indicate and list your preferred dates and work times.
